Terms and Conditions

Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 12 month manufacturers guarantee. Please contact us if you need more details.

Representation of Goods

Whilst every attempt is made to accurately represent the products that we sell, product pictures are only intended as a guide and may not be identical to supplied goods. If you feel that a product description or picture is inaccurate or misleading, then please let us know and we will do our best to correct it.

Making a purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier just browse through our site, clicking on any items that you wish to buy, put them into the shopping basket, you can come out of the shopping basket to carry on shopping, or proceed straight to checkout, check you are happy with the items you have chosen, then proceed to checkout, you will then be asked for a few details so we can proceed with your order.

Prices on this site are shown in GBP/£.

Payments

We accept the following methods of payment Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo and Delta, you can even pay using Pay-Pal.

On your first initial order we require all purchased products to be delivered to the card holders address, we also require a land line telephone number to process your order more efficiently, for all future orders we can deliver to any address of your choice (i.e. your work).

We will not charge your card for any item until it is ready to ship, this also includes payments for back orders.

Credit Card Security

We offer card payment through our online 100% secure site, but if you feel happier we can take card payments and order details over the telephone.
We do not store any credit card or financial details.

Privacy Policy

GOLF DIVISION does not disclose any buyer's information to any third party, cookies are only used on the shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket once you have selected an item.

Back Orders

We should hold all products in stock, and we aim to deliver your order straight away, but despite our best efforts particularly with very popular items these can sell out, if this happens we will place a back order for you and send the goods out as soon as they are available, we will always inform you by email or telephone if the item chosen is not in stock to give you the option to cancel if you would rather not wait.

Returns

We guarantee your satisfaction, but if you are not completely satisfied with the goods received, please return them to us unused in the original packaging with the swing tags attached in a resalable condition, this must be done within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, exchanges will incur an additional postage charge, refunds will be given excluding the cost of postage, on receipt of the goods to us.

If the goods are faulty please call the GOLF DIVISION offices with your original Order No. to hand to inform us immediately, so we can arrange a replacement or refund straight away.

Please note when sending products back you are still responsible for the goods until they received back to our offices, so we strongly recommend you use an insured or recorded delivery, so they have to be signed for on delivery. Please include a copy of your Original Invoice in the parcel.

Delivery

Please note the deadline for us to guarantee a next day delivery is midday, any orders received after this time will be sent out the following day, any orders being delivered to Scotland, Northern Ireland and Islands usually take slightly longer so please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

All parcels will be sent by either recorded or special delivery, if the items are large they will be sent by Parcelforce, everything will be delivered between 9am and 6pm and require a signature on arrival, if you are not in the courier will leave a calling card, where you will have to make arrangements to collect or ask the courier to re-deliver at a convenient time.

When we confirm receipt of your order we will also confirm an expected delivery date.

If the goods you are ordering are needed for a holiday or for a gift, please confirm if you need them for a particular date and we will make every effort to get them to you on time.
